Saints Football Fall 1965 Part II

This is a ten minute clip of The Big Red aka The Team of Destiny and more commonly referred to as the Saints. This team was the pre-season pick for first place in the D.I.S.C. and proved themselves the class of the league in trouncing all four of their conference opponents enroute to a 6-1 overall record. At the start of this clip is the remainder of the opening game against Boys Latin. The rest of the film includes a game against conference rival Wilmington Friends and won with a score of 30-6. The defense was led by John Reeve '66, Art Cochran '66, Angus Davis '66 and Dave Skinner '67. Offense was led by Ed Strong '66, Gardner Cadwalader '66, Jim McClaugherty '66 and James Rayner '67.
