Chapel Talk, 2018 November 28: Founders Day / Tad Roach

Headmaster Tad Roach lauds the vision, generosity, philanthropy of the St. Andrew's School Founder, A. Felix duPont along with all the innumerable donors to the School who enabled and continue to enable the unique mission of St. Andrew's to thrive. He speaks at length of the School's endowment, its intended purpose, its cultivation. He explains: "We as an extended school community celebrate Founders Day by embracing the same radical concept of generosity our Founder modeled. I encourage you as students to understand that each day here is a miracle of generosity created by people who wanted you to have this School as the foundation of your life and education."
