Chapel Talk, 2015 October 7 / Susan Kemer

St. Andrew's School gardener Susan Kemer spoke to the community of what it means to farm, as pertaining to the literal as well as to the metaphorical: "Farming is a hope in the future, with all the beauty, gifts, and potential it holds always believing that with a little sweat, something wonderful will come of your work. ... Farming is an example of faith, belief, and hope that the knowledge you have will grow into something that is the beginning or start of something much bigger, exercising the faith that it will become."
