Chapel Talk, 2013 December 4: Founders Day / Tad Roach

In this Founders Day talk, Headmaster Tad Roach recalls the vision, principles and intent of the School's Founders, and calls upon the community to understand how that vision is translated into a continued commitment in the modern day to "acceptance, love, respect and compassion towards all..." Tad recounts a bit of his grandmother's history as illustration of the powerless, the discriminated, the ignored, and how, with "empathetic solidarity" it is possible to "honor all members of the human family." "This ambition, this goodness, this possibility, this promise is what Founders Day is all about."
