In this talk, St. Andrew's facilities operation manager, Russ Perry discusses his experience at St. Andrew's that began over 18 years ago. Russ shares with us what he learned as a student at Friends School. "What I have learned and believed to be the most important part of my education - notwithstanding Math, English, History, Language, Science - was the social part of life, your personality. Regardless of how intellectual you are, in the end, it is what makes you the person you become. It molds you, whether you want it to or not. It is about your character, your self-confidence. It is about being a nice person."
