This issue focuses on the Commencement of the Form of 2004 and includes photographs, prize winners, and remarks from the event by Headmaster Tad Roach and Co-Presidents Zoe Baer ’04 and John Lupton ’04 as well as the address by Henry N. Herndon, Jr. ’48. Reunion Weekend is celebrated with photographs and a commentary by Bill Amos. Several School legends are honored: Tad Roach and Will Speers receive 25 year medals, Reverend Carl Kunz retires, Jonathan B. and Joan D. O'Brien have the new Arts Center named for them. A new portrait of founder A. Felix duPont, Jr. is dedicated. Photos and facts document environmental sustainability efforts at St. Andrew's. Other campus events include a production of Lysistrata, diversity workshops, a poetry slam, and the Headmaster's Forum series on current events. Updates on campus construction and renovation projects are provided. Boys' and girls' lacrosse teams both win the State Championships and girls' crew wins the Stotesbury Regatta; other teams also enjoy successful seasons. Alumni profiled include Earl Walker ’90, Roy Foster ’67 and Bulent Atalay ’58. Davis Washburn ’44, Loring Batten ’36, George Broadbent ’41, James Owen, Jr. ’44, Stephen Evans ’49 and James Totten ’49 are remembered.
