This issue of the magazine opens with an article on how SAS prepares its students for college followed up by responses from alums describing their college experiences and a snapshot of the Class of 1992 and their college destinations. A feature on new School Chaplains Louise Howlett and Rodney Rice. Noteworthy column includes updates on Art teacher Peter Brooke's exhibition in Boston, French teacher Herve LeGuilloux' trip to France with SAS students, the results of an alumni natural history survey, James Hunt's biology class analyzing Noxontown Pond, Whitney Skillcorn '93 talks about composing in the new digital music studio created by alum Michael Whalen '84 and the release of SAS Concert Choir's first CD. Profiles on the newest members of the Board of Trustees along with donor profiles of Everett McNair '73 and Lee Tawes '65. Editor Donna Speers writes a faculty profile on History department chair, football coach and III Form dorm parent John Lyons. John Lyons reports on two significant History department projects developed over the Fall of '92. The In Memory section memorializes Kurt Von Urff '85, longtime Art teacher Eleanor Seyffert, James Crichton '43, Ogden Gorman '40, Francis Schmertz '47, David Williamson '47, Taylor Hays '49, and Robert Hershey '50.
