Saints Football Fall 1965 Part III

Part III in a series of clips from the 1965 SAS football season. This team had an amazing season with an overall record of 6-1. The Saints outscored their conference opponents 126-24, capturing their first Independent Conference crown. This clip shows the beginning of the Tatnall game (the following season this game traditionally becomes the Cannon Game). According to defenseman John Reeve '66, "This was arguably the best game of the season against a very good opponent." The Big Red triumphed over the Tatnall Hornets 28-6.
