The third report given to the Board of Trustees on the state of the School by Walden Pell, II.

This report offers details on campus landscaping (including a description of campus gullies). Curriculum details: "spelling" of teachers; recent graduates report. Extracurricular activities: development of The Cardinal, dances, athletics, disciplinary system, plays ("Three Cornered Moon"), lectures. Religious life: Confirmation, Easter service. Student health is reported on as well as details on faculty and their families. Progress report on building of the Gym, and on the Library's development.

Demographics of students (80 boys), New Tuition Plan, reported on. Sixth Form responsibilities and leadership development discussed. Academically, Faculty teaching an average of 20 hours; more history courses added to curriculum. Plans to host the Conference of Masters of Church Schools in September 1937 relayed.
