Headmaster Pell grants the Fifth Form of the Class of 1934 permission to smoke. Permission to attend movies in Middletown on Saturday afternoons is given, with the understanding the boys will walk both ways. Permission to go in any vehicle beyond Middletown must be granted by the Master of the Week.
