Notes
This issue of The Garth touches on the terrible tragedy of September 11, 2001. The Headmaster's Address, "Community is the source of power at St. Andrew's" is his chapel talk of that fateful day when they gathered the students together in the chapel where they prayed for the victims and for the family and friends of the victims. The St. Andrew's community gathered together for a "Knit-In' where all knitters gathered together to knit squares for the "Phoenix Project". New faculty members are introduced and long time math teacher and baseball coach, Dave DeSalvo begins his sabbatical year at University of the South. The opening of the Art Gallery exhibited the work of artist Tucker Bobst. Also included in this issue are fall sports camp articles and pictures as well as articles on the arts.
