Chapel Talk, 2019 April 10 / Tad Roach

After author Jesmyn Ward's visit to St. Andrew's, Headmaster Tad Roach uses the context of Ward's talk and her novel - and 2018 all-school read - "Sing, Unburied Sing" to discourse on the need "to fight for kindness." In describing a years-past unwelcome social media incident, Tad tells of the upper Forms leading the School in preserving its dignity, its practice in the "habit of kindness."
