Chapel Talk, 2007 November 7: Prep 9 Visit / Tad Roach

Given during Prep 9's visit to St. Andrew's School, Headmaster Tad Roach captures how the association with the Prep 9 program has contributed to St. Andrew's diversity efforts. He speaks of the work of Kim Klecan, a Math teacher who was instrumental in the development of the error notebook to help her students learn from their mistakes. Tad concludes his talk by saying, "We will all make mistakes; but, if we accept our errors with dignity and a deep and authentic resolution to improve, develop and transform our lives, we will emerge stronger, more resilient and eager to do amazing things in and for this world."
