In this talk, Tad opens by welcoming Billy Peebles to St. Andrew's School as our speak. Tad tell us, "In one of his many eloquent addresses to the community at Asheville, Billy said: “I believe fervently in the importance of structure, high expectations, a Chapel program, seated meals, civility, character and tradition.”
